Waitlist terms
Effective
The short version
The waitlist is an invitation queue, not a promise of access on a particular date. The playbooks, kits, Skills, and Pre-flight result are free to use, but you remain responsible for decisions you make with them. Be truthful, do not submit information you do not have permission to share, and do not abuse the site.
Joining the waitlist
You must provide an email address you control and a lawful brief. An optional website or name helps us understand the request. We may reject spam, abusive use, disposable addresses, duplicate referrals, or attempts to manipulate queue position.
Invites go out in small batches. Dates and product features may change. A referral entitlement is reserved for invite time; it is not cash, transferable property, or a live account balance.
Permission to use your company name and logo
By joining the waitlist on behalf of a company, you give discovr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable permission to display that company’s name and logo only to identify it as an early user or waitlist participant.
This permission does not let us imply an endorsement, alter the logo beyond reasonable sizing, or use it for an unrelated product. You confirm that you are allowed to grant this permission.
To revoke it, email hello@trydiscovr.com with the company name. We will stop new uses and remove controlled web uses within ten business days. Previously printed or already-published material may take longer to cycle out.
Your material
You keep ownership of a brief or message you submit. You allow discovr to process it to operate the waitlist, develop the product, and return the service you requested. Do not submit confidential information, personal data about another person, or material you do not have the right to use.
Free resources and Skills
You may use and adapt the downloadable resources for your own company. Do not resell the files unchanged, remove source credits, or present the underlying third-party frameworks as your invention.
Claude Skills can produce incorrect output. Review every result, especially security, legal, compliance, DNS, or outreach claims. A generated answer is not proof that a control exists or that a certification is held.
Optional support
Free resources remain free whether or not you support the work. An optional pay-what-you-want payment does not buy product access, improve a queue position, create a service relationship, or require you to subscribe or join the community. Stripe processes the checkout and determines which eligible payment methods appear.
Unless the checkout expressly says otherwise, support is not a charitable donation. If you make a payment in error, contact hello@trydiscovr.com.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to scrape personal data, send unlawful or deceptive outreach, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, test vulnerabilities without written permission, or violate another person’s rights.
Availability and liability
The pre-launch site and resources are provided “as is.” We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific queue date, sales results, inbox placement, or legal or compliance outcomes.
To the extent law allows, discovr and Bord Labs are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the pre-launch site or free resources. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending access and changes
You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend abusive use or change these terms as the product moves from waitlist to beta. Material changes will carry a new effective date.
